Why Audio Matters to Me
Working in a library has taught me that audiobooks aren’t simply a nice-to-have. For many readers, they’re how books fit into their lives—whether because of accessibility needs, long commutes, busy hands, or simply a love of being told a good story.
That’s one reason I’ve chosen to fund these productions independently. By retaining control of the finished audiobooks, I can distribute them widely, make them available to libraries, and pursue accessible distribution through services like the National Library Service’s BARD program.
I want the answer to “Is it in audio?” to be yes. For all four books.
